Nusa V2 introduces an enhanced swapping feature, making it easier than ever to trade tokens. Swap tokens on the same blockchain or across multiple chains with real-time price updates and a simple interface.

On/Off Ramp
Nusa's On/Off Ramp feature enables you to buy and sell cryptocurrency directly using fiat currency. Currently, we support transactions for USDT, USDC, USDT0, and IDRX tokens using Indonesian Rupiah, with more crypto and fiat in the future. This documentation describes how the system works.
Know Your Customer
To enhance security, prevent fraudulent activities, and comply with regulatory requirements, users must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to start buy and sell cryptocurrency. This process ensures that each user’s identity is authenticated, reducing the risk of identity fraud and unauthorized transactions.
KYC Verification Process:
Global Users: Users from around the world can verify their accounts by submitting a valid passport along with supporting identity documents via email to [email protected].
Indonesian Users: Indonesian residents can verify their accounts directly within the app by uploading a scanned copy or photo of their National ID Card (KTP).
Once submitted, the verification process typically takes up to 24 hours, depending on the accuracy of the provided documents and the volume of applications. Upon successful verification, users can enjoy increased transaction limits and access additional platform features.
On-Ramp: Buying Crypto with Fiat
Purchase IDRX or other stablecoins using fiat currency through the following steps:
Select the desired crypto (USDT or IDRX) and the amount to buy.
Choose a payment method (bank transfer, credit/debit card, e-wallet, etc.).
The fiat payment is processed via integrated payment gateways.
Once the payment is confirmed, the purchased crypto is transferred to the user’s wallet.
How it works:
You deposit 1,500,000 IDR via bank transfer.
The system calculates the equivalent IDRX based on the market rate (e.g., 1 IDRX = 1 IDR, so you receive 1,500,000 IDRX).
The system will mint IDRX equivalent to your transfer.
1.500.000 IDRX is credited to the user's wallet instantly. If you buy USDT, we will swap it first, and then transfer the funds to your wallet afterwards.
The Minimum transaction for minting is 20.00 IDR for IDRX and $2 for other stablecoins, and we will send you the token in 24 hours maximum.
Off-Ramp: Selling Crypto for Fiat
Convert IDRX or other stablecoins into fiat currency and withdraw funds to their preferred bank account or e-wallet through the following steps:
Select the crypto and the amount to sell.
Provides withdrawal details (bank account, e-wallet, etc.).
The system calculates the exchange rate and processes the transaction.
Fiat funds are sent to the user’s designated account.
How it works:
You sell 1,000 USDT at a market rate of 16,000 IDRX per USDT.
The system swaps the USDT to IDRX. If you sell IDRX, this process will be skipped
Then the IDRX will be burned. Upon successful burn, the IDRX will be converted into IDR
The system will deduct the amount with a service fee and transfer 15,997,000 IDR to your bank account.
The transfer fee is based on how much IDR you'd like to redeem.
Redeeming IDR <= 250 million IDR will be processed in real-time and it costs 3000 IDR.
Redeeming IDRX 250 million IDR < x < 1 billion IDR will be processed only during office hours on Monday-Friday at 08:00 - 15:00 WIB and it costs Rp35.000.
