## Repay Guide
**1.Click on the market loan you want to repay**

1. **Calculate daily commission** Use the 24H volume to calculate your commission (0.17%): $96,970,000\*0.17/100 = **$164,849**
2. **Calculate yearly commission** Multiply daily commission with amount of days in a year (365 days): $164,849\*365 days = **$60,169,885**
3. **Calculate LP rewards APR** That's **yearly comisson** divided by **liquidity:** ($60,169,885/$387,420,000)\*100 = **15.53% LP reward APR**

## IDRX Earn
IDRX Earn is an exclusive staking program for IDRX stablecoin that offers competitive fixed rate (APR) by locking any amount of IDRX for a period of time. There are several options of locking duration with different APRs:
* 1 month lock = 3.8% APR
* 3 months lock = 4% APR
* 6 months lock = 4.32% APR
* 1 year lock = 4.56% APR
IDRX Earn offers convenience and flexibility by allowing user to claim rewards and *unstake* at any time even before locking duration ended without any penalties.
### **IDRX Earn Terms & Conditions**
1. User can stake IDRX with the determined locking duration and APR (minimum stake 10,000 IDRX)
2. Rewards can be claim anytime with the amount based on the staking progress. Example:
* Staking 100,000,000 IDRX for 3 months with 4% APR
* Total rewards for 1 year = 4,000,000 IDRX (1,000,000 IDRX \* 4% APR), hence reward for 3 months will be 1,000,000 IDRX
* Available reward for withdrawal on the 1st month will be 333,333 IDRX (Total rewards 1000,000 IDRX / 3 months)
3. After locking period ended, user can withdraw their staked IDRX including the remaining reward that has not been withdrawn

5. If user unstake before the end of lock duration, user will not receive penalty but the reward will not be distributed
6. If user have previously withdrawn their reward but decided to unstake early, the amount of IDRX will be reduced with the amount of reward that have been withdrawn. Example:
* User stake 100,000,000 IDRX for 3 months with 4% APR
* User had withdrawn 333,333 IDRX on the 1st month

# IDRX Earn Guide
1. Visit IDRX Earn on Nusa Finance dApps and connect your wallet
2. Choose **Add New Stake** and click **Approve** to give Nusa smart contract permission to your wallet
3. Add the amount of IDRX and choose the preffered lock duration, click **Stake**.
4. Staking status will change to **Earning**, meaning that the locking duration has starte and your IDRX is progress for staking rewards.
5. To add more staking progress you can **Add New Stake**
6. To unstake early before staking duration ended, click **Unbond Principal** then click **Submit** to proceed.
7. Your staking status will change to **Unbonding,** meaning that the unstaking process has started to stop the staking progress and return your balance.
8. The process from **Unbonding** to **Cancelled** will take 5 days. when status has changed to **Cancelled**, you can click **Withdraw Principal** and wait until your IDRX is returned to your wallet.
# Governance Program
Join Nusa Finance governance program, participate in the development of our ecosystem, and earn incentives for your contributions!
Nusa Governance Program is a decentralized mechanism in which stakeholders can participate in making decisions regarding the operation, evolution, and maintenance of the protocols. This program allows community to influence the development and direction of the project. Features established to support this program includes **veToken** and **Voting** features.
## veToken
veToken is the Governance token that grants holders the rights to participate in the governance and decision-making processes. The Governance token used in Nusa Governance Program is called **veNUSA.**
veNUSA serves the following functionalities:
1. **Voting Rights**: veNUSA holders can vote on or make submission of proposals related to the platform. These proposals can include protocol upgrades, parameter changes, funding allocation, or other significant decisions that impact the platform.
2. **Governance Participation**: veNUSA holders can actively participate in discussions to voice their opinions, make suggestions, and contribute in decision-making processes.
3. **Reward Distribution**: To earn veNUSA, holders should lock their NUSA for a period of time and will be rewarded for their commitment of long-term support for the project. The reward offered for holders will be 60% shares of Nusa protocol revenue.
### **How to Earn veToken**
Participant should lock NUSA in the Governance feature to receive veNUSA. The amount of veNUSA a participant have will represent the influence of their vote, the right for them to submit new proposal, and the portion of profit sharing they will receive. veNUSA amount will gradually decrease until the period of lock finishes. Only until veNUSA amount becomes zero that the locked NUSA token will be able to be withdrawn.

#### **Reward Distribution**
Every month, 60% of the protocol’s revenue will be allocated to Governance Program participants. The rewards will be distributed once, on the 28th of each month.
For example, if in a given month 60% of Nusa’s protocol revenue amounts to $10,000, then $2,500 will be distributed in full on the monthly distribution date.
Keep in mind that the amount of veNUSA will represent how much participant can earn from the profit sharing. Since the amount of veNUSA will decrease as times, the portion of reward receives will follows.
## Voting
Voting system in blockchain refers to a decentralized method of decision-making and consensus where participants can express their preferences or opinions on specific matters. Utilizing the transparency and immutability of blockchain technology, participants is allowed to cast their votes securely and anonymously, ensuring the integrity and fairness of the process. Blockchain-based voting systems offer increased trust, audibility, and resistance to manipulation or fraud.
As a decentralized project, Nusa allows community to cast vote or make new proposal for Nusa developments. In order to participate in voting, participant need to utilized veToken that will represent their voice in the voting and the eligibility to make new proposals.
### **Who can participate?**
* **Cast Votes**: Anybody within the Nusa community who owns veNUSA can participate to cast a vote. There is no minimum or maximum amount of veNUSA owned to become eligible.
* **Submit Proposals**: Nusa developer and significant share holders can submit new proposals. To become a significant share holder, participant must own at least 500 veNUSA.
### **How is the process of proposal submission and voting?**
1. Developer or holder submit a proposal through the voting page
2. New proposal will be announced and provided a discussion group on telegram
3. Governance participants is encouraged to cast their vote in the voting period
4. After voting period ends, developer will give 3 days for any rebuttal proposal
5. If within 3 days there is no rebuttal proposal, developer will announce the voting result and the execution plan

As the Governance token, veNUSA will represent your voting influence and reward portion. The amount of veNUSA you can own is influenced by the amount of NUSA locked and the duration of lock. veNUSA is uniquely made to decrease overtime towards the end of lock duration, hence, you will need to understand throughly on how veToken works.
## veNUSA amount will gradually decrease as times
Let's take a look at Alex's experience:
Alex locked 4 NUSA for 4 years on Nusa Governance program.
According to the veNUSA formula, he will get 4 veNUSA.
1 years later, his veNUSA amount becomes 3 veNUSA. After 4 years has been passed, the veNUSA amount will become 0.
When his veNUSA turns 0, it will trigger unlock option where he could get back his locked NUSA back.
## veNUSA amount represents the portion of reward received
### 1st Week example
Alex locked 4 NUSA for 4 years on Nusa Governance program. According to the veNUSA formula, he will get 4 veNUSA.
Sabrina locked 4 NUSA for 1 month on Nusa Governance program. According to the veNUSA formula, she will get 0.08 veNUSA.
Let's assumed that they are the only holder participating this week, which means that there are 4.08 veNUSA participating that week (Alex 4 + Sabrina 0.08).
In the first week, $2,500 reward is being distributed. Based on the veNUSA owned, Alex will have 98% (4/4.08) of shares and Sabrina will have 2% (0.08/4.08) shares.
On distribution day, Alex will get $2,449 and Sabrina $51.

Alex and Sabrina is still participating in the program because they already locked their NUSA and still owns veNUSA.
But in the second week distribution, their veNUSA amount is already decreased. According to the formula, in the second week Alex will have 3.98 veNUSA and Sabrina 0.06 veNUSA (decreasing from 4 and 0.08 veNUSA compared to first week amount).
Based on that we can calculate that total circulating veNUSA is 4.25 (Alex 3.98 + Sabrina 0.06 + Clemira 0.21) veNUSA.
In the first week, $2.500 reward is being distributed. Based on the veNUSA owned, Alex will have 94% (3.98/4.25), Sabrina 1% (0.06/4.25), and Clemira will have 5% (0.21/4.25) share.
By the end of second week distribution, Alex will get $2,340, Sabrina $38 and Clemira $122.

Follow this step by step guide to help you access the voting feature. Make sure you own a sufficient amount of veNUSA
## How to Vote
1. Visit the [voting page](https://app.nusa.finance/voting.html?id=1) at Nusa Finance Apps
2. Connect your wallet in the upper right corner
3. Choose a proposal that you would like to vote on
4. Before casting your vote, you can visit the discussion forum by clicking the “Discuss on Telegram” button. It will direct you to a dedicated forum for the proposal discussion.
5. After reading the proposal, choose between the options that you would like to vote on. There will be a “✓” symbol on the options you chose. Click “Vote” to finalize your vote.
6. You will then be directed to sign the smart contract. Make sure your veNUSA is located in the connected wallet.
7. You can view the voting history on this section
7. To view the ongoing voting results, you can check on the right section of the page
4. Create the option that voters can choose from. It could be an agree/disagree options or even a multiple options of mechanism to choose.
5. Decide how long the voting duration will last
6. At the “Snapshot Date”, you will have 2 options:
1. “At the start of voting” means that the snapshot date of voters’ veNUSA will be taken on the exact date of the proposal was made
2. “At the end of voting” means that the snapshot date of voters’ veNUSA will be taken on the last day of the voting period
7. Before uploading, you can preview the completion of your proposal by clicking “Preview”
8. Click “Create Proposal” to finalize the proposal
9. You will then be directed to sign the smart contract. Make sure you have at least 500 veNUSA in the connected wallet to prevent failure on submission.
9. A dedicated discussion forum regarding your proposal will be created on Telegram for further discussion within the community.

Nusa Lending Market is a system of smart contracts that enables borrowers to take loans and lenders to offer loans by locking their crypto assets in the protocol.
Unlike conventional loans with a fixed interest rate, the Interest rate in the Floating Lending Market is uniquely determined by the supply and demand of each crypto asset. The mining of each block leads to the generation of interest rates.

## How It Works?

5. Setelah membaca isi proposal, silakan pilih di antara opsi yang tersedia. Akan terdapat simbol “✓” pada opsi yang Anda pilih. Klik “Vote” untuk mengunci suara Anda.
